6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, your account, or any purchased materials, with or without notice, where we reasonably consider that you have:
- Materially breached these Terms
- Failed to pay any amount due
- Created a security, fraud, or chargeback risk
- Repeatedly or seriously violated the Acceptable Use clause above
Where suspension or termination occurs as a result of your breach, refunds are not guaranteed, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and the refund process operated by Paddle as Merchant of Record (see Section 7 below). On termination, your licence to use the materials ends and you must cease all further use.
7. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for your purchase.
8. Digital Product Delivery & Refund Policy
All products are delivered digitally. Purchases grant immediate access to downloadable materials.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, via paddle.net. You may also contact us at hello@neutralauthoritymethod.com and we will assist with your request.
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is not provided as described, contains a major defect, or does not meet consumer guarantees under applicable law, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Neutral Authority Method™ excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the materials.
Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, liability is limited to the resupply of the product or the cost of resupply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
