Can’t I just use AI to fix my emails?
AI writing tools can assist with rewriting a communication you have already identified as a problem. They cannot install the ability to recognise, in real time, the patterns that are reducing your professional authority. More practically: AI models were trained on professional text that contains these same patterns — reflex apology, hedging, negative framing. AI-generated professional communication often reintroduces them.

The deeper limitation is context. The pattern runs in meetings, phone calls, and spoken negotiations where no tool is available. Is this only about emails?
The programme addresses written professional communication — emails, proposals, follow-ups, and written requests.
