Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders processed through Paddle and provides payment-related customer service and handles returns for those transactions.

When you purchase through Paddle, your transaction is also subject to the applicable Paddle buyer terms and policies presented as part of the checkout process.

Neutral Authority Method does not receive or store your complete payment-card details for transactions processed by Paddle.

8. Delivery

The Neutral Authority Method guide is supplied digitally.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the device, software and internet connection required to receive and open the material.

9. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Neutral Authority Method offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the paid Neutral Authority Method digital guide.

A refund request must be made within 30 days of the order completion date.

Refunds for transactions processed through Paddle are administered through Paddle and returned through the applicable payment process.

The guarantee does not limit any additional right or remedy available to you under applicable law, including rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Neutral Authority Method™ is a trade mark of Bawden Business Ventures Pty Ltd, the subject of Australian Trade Mark Application No. 2629520. Nothing on this website or in any product grants you a licence to use the trade mark.
